(available in black or white) to allow a person to talk through the outside
door box to the Panasonic telephone control unit. This rare KX-T30860D
doorphone adapter has been discontinued by Panasonic and only refurbished is
available now. Works only with the KX-T61610 or KX-T30810 systems and there
are many residential applications that require this additional doorphone for
communication between the doorphone and the telephone system
